The official notice is out — our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, December 16 at 7:00 PM. This is the moment we’ve been preparing for, and as of today, our campaign is officially activated. Between now and the AGM, we’ll be working hard to connect with as many residents as possible, answer questions, and build support for a better future for our condominium community.
You’ll be hearing from us more frequently — through email updates and on our residents’ WhatsApp group. This next stretch will be busy, but it’s also our chance to make a real difference. Balancing full-time jobs while dedicating time to this community effort won’t be easy, yet we’re all here because we care deeply about the well-being of our home, our corporation, and the long-term value of our units. We understand exactly what’s at stake — and that’s why we must act now.
Over the next several weeks, we’ll be collecting proxies leading up to the AGM. Every proxy counts — it’s how we ensure that the collective voice of our community is heard, even if some residents can’t attend the meeting in person. Work toward reducing maintenance fees wherever feasible.

Once elected, our goal is simple — to be the voice of the collective and to make decisions that reflect the best interests of all residents, not a select few. We want to preserve and enhance the value of every unit, ensure that the building is properly cared for, that residents respect the rules, and that every dollar spent is justified and necessary.
